Service: Mow, Trim, Edge & Blow.Inclusions:Everything in Essentials.String Trimming: Detailed trimming around trees, fences, and posts.Hard Edging: Vertical steel blade edging along concrete borders for crisp lines.
Service: Full Maintenance + Turf Health.Inclusions:Everything in Standard.Weed Control: Spot treatment of flower beds during mowing visits.Shrub Pruning: Light pruning of hedges/bushes (monthly or quarterly).Spring/Fall Cleanup: Leaf removal and debris clearing included in the monthly rate.
This process involves pulling small soil "plugs" to relieve compaction and then spreading seed. It is the best way to thicken a lawn and is ideally performed in the fall (mid-August to mid-October).
Terms of Service: Greenspace Landscaping is not responsible for damage to unmarked irrigation heads, invisible fences, or cables not buried to code. A "Trip Fee" may apply if our crew is unable to access the property on the scheduled service day due to locked gates or loose pets.
